We are proud to announce that BUSA has been recognized by Nike as of the nation's elite soccer programs by being designated as a Nike Premier Club. Birmingham United joins an exclusive set of 64 prominent clubs nationwide in the Nike Premier organization, including Region III powerhouse Dallas Texans and national programs such as Vardar, Black Watch, and Rush.
As a Nike Premier Club, BUSA's players, teams, and coaches gain access to a wealth of exclusive competition and development resources, including:participation in the Nike Manchester United Premier Cup, US Soccer National Staff clinics and scouting opportunities, Nike product testing and focus group participation, Nike SPARQ performance training and evaluation.

Hello,
Welcome to our site! My name is Patricia Lee and I am Founder of the Soccer Sisters Program. I want to welcome you to this one of a kind mentoring site specially designed for the female player age 11 and up. Our main focus is providing college scholarships for female soccer players who plan to play soccer for collge but this site does offer so much more! We address issues specifically related to the female player, plus add the personal touch of "mentoring," from older players, as well. You will find information on this site about many different levels of play plus, advice from top coaches and experienced players.
As players surf our site they will see input and interviews with older players and be able to communicate with them. You should never have to go outside of our site to find the links or information you need. We want to bring to the players the best and most current information plus, provide for them great mentors with whom they could possibly share a lifetime friendship. Advisors for this site are too numerous to mention and our advisor board is not limited to a certain few. Our resources and connections are unlimited! Input for this site comes from coaches and players from around the world. We here at Soccer Sisters are working for you full time which means that additions are added to the web site on an ongoing basis. We have done the work for you plus, added some very special touches which will keep you wanting to come back.

A Special Note from the President:
October is Breast Cancer Awareness Month but it is awareness month in my house 12 months out of the year. I am a Stage 3C Breast Cancer Survivor. You may read about my healing story in the third chapter of a book called,
Behind The Scenes Of Breast Cancer
written by Brenda Ladun, Head News Anchor for the Birmingham, Alabama ABC station affiliate. If you or someone you know has faced or is facing Breast Cancer they need to read this book. It is full of encouragement and great advice. I laughed, I cried, but most of all I learned. I highly recommend this book for anyone who is facing any type of cancer treatment.
